Treat Yourself

Gas prices may be on the rise, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t reward yourself with a little pick-me up this summer. You deserve it!

Consider these affordable luxuries when you want to treat yourself:

• 400+ count cotton sheets and a fresh new pillow
• a new light, summery lotion
• a great book or magazine
• a moment to sit outside and watch the clouds (Don’t forget the sunscreen!)
• a summery new hairstyle, manicure and/or pedicure or makeup
• an exfoliating salt-glow massage
• fresh flowers
• a few hours to revisit an old hobby
• a movie and popcorn at the theater
• a decadent dessert at your favorite restaurant
• a new CD
• a dance class or simply a walk in the park
• a nap or a relaxing bubble bath
• a journal (and be sure to write in it)
